We all want that healthy looking glowing skin for summer right?

Healthy skin is a journey but there is so much you can do from home to get that summer glow!

Some of my top tips for keeping your skin healthy during the hot weather... - Drinking lots of water

- Wearing an SPF at least a 30 or above

Some of my favourite summer skin formulations...

Kiehl's Cactus Flower and "Tibetan Ginseng" Hydration Mist

This formula is PERFECT for the summer sun... Its a must have for this weekends heatwave! It refreshes and hydrates my skin throughout the day and I love to apply over make up. This product is always in my hand luggage on a flight and in my beach bag to use throughout the day on holiday!

KEY BENEFITS:

- Give the skin a healthy radiant glow - Helps the skin to hold in moisture - Purifies the skin

- Refreshes, feels and smalls AMAZING!

TOP TIP:

I recommend this to anyone still having to wear a face mask... I pop a few sprays on the inside of my mask before I put it on and it has really helped to prevent blemishes I was getting caused by the dehydration and bacteria from my face mask.

Clinicare Sun Shield Cream SPF 30 +++

My all time favourite SPF!

I normally struggle to find a good sun protection that is light weight, goes well under make up and doesn't break me out. This product is the dream... Its so light, doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy a little goes such a long way.

KEY BENEFITS:

- Broad spectrum sunscreen - Provides all day protection

- Suitable for sensitive skin Super light weight texture - Not greasy - Doesn't leave a chalky residue

TOP TIP:

Application is key with SPF. With many moisturisers we warm the product up in our fingers before applying to the face... with an SPF this can break down the formula so the best way to apply is to put into the tips of the fingers and then press gently into the skin.

THIS PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE IN MY CLINIC

£25.00

Origins Ginzing Glow-Boosting Mask

This mask is the perfect at home skin boost for the Summer! Not only does it rehydrate my skin but also leaves it looking healthy and glowing after just one use.

It's alight weight gel texture and doesn't feel sticky or greasy if you leave it on over night.

KEY BENEFITS:

- Boosts the skins moisture levels

- Improves brightness and radiance

- Gives a healthy glow

- Leaves the skin feeling smoother

TOP TIP:

This is a leave on mask so I use it instead of my moisturiser a couple of nights a week and sleep with it on. I wake up with such hydrated and glowing skin!

I hope you enjoyed reading my first blog! Remember keep hydrated and wear your SPF... Have the best weekend in the sunshine!
